Fast Professional Service Kistler Ford has an excellent service department. I used their easy and friendly phone scheduling. They took me in right on time and car was ready i Kistler Ford has an excellent service department. I used their easy and friendly phone scheduling. They took me in right on time and car was ready in just 30 minutes for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I really trust the dealer with my car and the price and time involved are similar to the "instant" service places that do not employ nearly the same level of experienced service technicians. More

lIARS!! On 3/8/17 our son brought our 2016 Ford Focus Titanium to get the first oil change on it(the car only had 9500 miles on it). Kistler Ford forgot to pu On 3/8/17 our son brought our 2016 Ford Focus Titanium to get the first oil change on it(the car only had 9500 miles on it). Kistler Ford forgot to put the oil cap back on the motor. This caused oil to spray all over the engine, all over the underside of the hood, all the plastic and left all the plastic stained and spotted. They had to replace the cardboard shield on the underside of the hood due to it being soaked with oil. They would not replace the rest saying it doesn’t affect the performance. To us it looks like crap now under the hood and definitely not like it did or a new car with under 10,000 miles. They did wash the motor but it still has oil all over it and the wiring. That is their extent to repairing the damage(which there is still plenty left). My son had driven the car until 3/10/17 that is when they found their mistake. He witnessed how much oil was all over the motor because he watched them open the hood and was told by the technician that this was the 3rd or 4th vehicle that this has happened to. The three days is due to when they could get it in and he works two jobs and did not notice any drips under car only horrible gas smell anytime he used the air or heat. I would think any decent dealer would have fixed ALL damage done by their mistake and not made us pay for a oil change they messed up. All they offered was for me to purchase a extended warranty for the car being it was driven with low oil for three days. In my opinion please stay away from this dealer this was not only a damaging mistake to our new car but, also very dangerous to our son in which the car could have caught on fire due to the oil all over the manifold. PS: We have video of the “completed clean motor” which shows the oil left and ruined plastics that they made my son drive away with. More
Very poor service quality I have given a two star rating because I brought my truck in once for service and close to $500 were spent on replacing one ignition coil and a fuel a I have given a two star rating because I brought my truck in once for service and close to $500 were spent on replacing one ignition coil and a fuel and air filter, a total of an hours work maybe. The issue I had with the truck was still not fixed so I returned the next day to test drive with the mechanic and he later drove it with the transmission mechanic who stepped out and gave an immediate diagnosis which had no relevance to the transmission. The next repair was changing two ignition coils and two spark plugs at a total of $350. After this "repair" the issue was still not fixed and immediately returned after leaving the lot. After a very frustrating three days of time wasted and money wasted on a problem that wasn't even fixed over $800 later, I took it to another mechanic shop that told me they were positive it was the transmission having an issue and then recommended a transmission shop where the truck was diagnosed with a transmission issue based off of just driving it. The people at this dealership did nothing but throw parts at it in hopes it would be fixed as well as lost one of my hub caps for my truck while test driving it and scratching my front bumper and blaming it on something else. I will not be returning for any of the overpriced and poor services of this dealership and I will express my opinions with others as well at the poor quality of the service and pricing. More

So I found parts on eBay ordered them and come to find out they where the parts from my original accident. Makes me question if they lied to my insurance company. Plus when is it ok to resale parts that are not theirs will not visit again plus will go to bbb. More

Oil change I went to this dealer a couple days ago to get my first oil change. The gentleman I talked to, Chris, was so friendly and quick it was unbelievable.
