Thank you for reaching out. I work at a psychiatrist office so I am always in between patients; but I can be reached on my cell phone before 9am, between 12:30 - 1:30pm, or after 5:30pm Monday - Thursday and after 12pm on Fridays. As I told Josh I get that I have a more expensive vehicle but I specifically asked to be able to open my trunk automatically so I was expecting to be able to do so for what I paid. Josh intially said it was a motor issue which made since but afterwards I was told only a latch was fixed. I get the latch cost $300+ but I still have to open my trunk manually I could have saved the money if that was all that was going to be fixed.

I wanted to respond to this review by "Jimmy" - I personally called him at 6am and he spoke to me for about 45 minutes about his experiences - i listened and took 3 pages of notes - then when I had the opportunity I read back the notes to make sure I heard everything clearly. He agreed I did hear him correctly. We then agreed on a refund to be sent to him which was sent certified mail. I did apologize for the experience he had with us and I was under the impression from his words he did not want to continue to do business with us. I just felt strongly to share our side of this experience as well.
