I called to find the price for and time available for needed oil service for the giant E-350 van I drive for work, and Tom said $39.95 and "Come right in!" I asked how long it would take, and he said 'Forty-five minutes to an hour." Sounded good to me. I came right in and Tom was friendly and got my van in for service right away. He answered all my questions and went over the results of their inspections afterward. I'm only downgrading to 'good' because it actually took 1 1/2 hours, and my co-worker texted me to find out what was taking so long. More
I tried to update my sync in my car but kept running into trouble. Finally I called Mr. Zuccarell and brought my car in. He helped me with the update and had me back on the road in less than an hour. They were not just doing their job, they were going the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. They even asked about my family and made friendly conversation other than just what was going on with the car. We were completely satisfied with the staff and with the quality of their work. We were also very impressed with how Geiko handled the whole transaction as well. Jeff, the rep from Geiko at Kistler, was also very friendly and kept us very informed from an insurance standpoint. I called in for warranty work and the service department was very accommodating. They serviced the car and made the 2 warranty corrections in a very timely manner. The individual people I dealt with, Jeff and the women at the repair shop were very nice and professional. However, the work was not up to my expectations. I went in on an insurance claim and they gave me the repair shop were very nice and professional. However, the work was not up to my expectations. I went in on an insurance claim and they gave me an est. date of being done in 4-6 business days but it took 9 business days. The repaint job was ok but they got paint on my black trim. I wanted to go to this shop because a friend had a very good experience and the car was repaired great but I will not be returning for any service at this car shop despite the nice people I talked too the completed job was not great. Today I had an oil change and tire rotation done at the service department and Tom Muirhead was the service rep I dealt with.
