Recall...oh my I received a recall notice by mail and called the dealer immediately. An appointment was made and I thought here we go, this will take quite a while. I was greeted by name and given a ride home to wait for my car to be serviced. I was called within 3 1/2 hours! The van arrived at my home within minutes. All work was completed in a timely manner just as Tom Muirhead said it would. I will continue to use Kistler for car service and repairs. It is very nice to be treated as a valued customer! I have worked with Tom before and will continue to do so. Thank you Tom!!! More

We'd purchased the Mariner used at Kistler about two years ago. I didn't have an appointment-just stopped by to see if someone could help me sync my iPhone. I'd tried several times myself but could not get it to sync. Bill Zuccarell came right out found the problem. He then suggested that I make an appointment with him to have a tutorial on the dashboard commands since I was new to driving the car. I was impressed. That is real customer service to offer assistance 2 years after purchase of a used car. More

Sync Questions Are Always Resolved Bill Zuccarell has always been helpful and informative with helping my wife Marcia and me work through any Sync issues. He has shown the utmost patience with explanations to novices who are completely overwhelmed by the technology. We have Blue Tooth technology in our other car, but never used it because it was too complicated. He helped us with that also. What a great service for the customer. I tell all my friends and acquaintances about the sync system and how the "Sync Man" walks us through every step of the way. Understanding how to use this technology would be impossible without him.
