The individual people I dealt with, Jeff and the women at the repair shop were very nice and professional. However, the work was not up to my expectations. I went in on an insurance claim and they gave me the repair shop were very nice and professional. However, the work was not up to my expectations. I went in on an insurance claim and they gave me an est. date of being done in 4-6 business days but it took 9 business days. The repaint job was ok but they got paint on my black trim. I wanted to go to this shop because a friend had a very good experience and the car was repaired great but I will not be returning for any service at this car shop despite the nice people I talked too the completed job was not great. The Sales people at Kistler Ford were all very friendly and helpful. Alonzo was very good at helping us decide what purchase plan to go with on our 2014 Ford Escape Titanium. I choose to use Kistler Ford because I have purchased 6 vehicles from them over the years. No matter who I've dealt with, I have always been treated with the utmost respect. I came to Kistler Ford on July 2 after searching several dealerships, and couldn't find anyone or anything i trusted. I came to Jeff Mathes on recommendation I am very glad that I did. Jeff was able to get dealerships, and couldn't find anyone or anything i trusted. I came to Jeff Mathes on recommendation I am very glad that I did. Jeff was able to get me what I wanted for my trade in and even agreed to replace the tires on the vehicle I was purchasing. Not even two weeks after purchase of my 2010 Mercury Milan I had a problem that was not covered under warranty, a fairly serious problem for a 3 year old car. Kistler agreed to fix it at their cost because I hadn't had the vehicle long enough. I'm overall extremely satisfied with Jeff Mathes and Kistler Ford although i think the service dept. wasn't very caring. I still will not hesitate to buy another vehicle from kistler and for my future needs I hope for a better experience. Thank you Jeff for all of your help. More
