I was under a lot of stress with the holiday season and having my car totaled did not help. My dad recommended this dealership while I was home for the holidays. Nick was willing to work with me and showed more patience than I when it came to hearing from the insurance company about my old car. I was able to test drive many makes and models on different occasions and did not feel pressured. In fact, Nick made sure I was looking at cars that were within my budget that I gave him. Before I drove off the lot, Nick made sure everything was in order with the vehicle and answered all of my questions. I absolutely love my Ford Focus! More
We ordered trucks during the 2013-2014 model change and therefore there was a delay. After this worked out we did get the trucks. We've had them for 2 days. Too soon to tell about the trucks yet. Kistl therefore there was a delay. After this worked out we did get the trucks. We've had them for 2 days. Too soon to tell about the trucks yet. Kistler & Eric Pitzen worked hard to please us. Also influencing things was bad winter weather and a massive snow storm. This was nothing under their control. More
I came in to Kistler to check out the new vehicles and to possibly trade in my truck. I got in a little later than I told Rebecca I would be in so when I had to wait 15 minutes, it was to be expected. I had possibly trade in my truck. I got in a little later than I told Rebecca I would be in so when I had to wait 15 minutes, it was to be expected. I had no problems there. The man I saw asked me what I planned to do today and we were on our way. It took him a long time to get a hold of the car I was going to test drive so that was slightly annoying. I took the 14 Fiesta for a spin and it drove great. Wasn't exactly what I was looking for (it was a hatchback and I was looking for a sedan) but I was checking out more than that either way. After the test drive he looked over my truck and told me a number that I was not happy with. I was at a different Ford earlier that day and the other Ford offered me $1500 more than what Kistler did. And the man at Kistler even promised me I would not find a higher price than that anywhere. No big deal. The entire time I was with this man he seemed very uninterested in his work. He seemed like he wanted to get me in and out so he could move on to the next person. Another gentleman (I have no idea who he was) even asked him to hurry up onto the next person anxiously waiting. I was quite dissatisfied with that. Rebecca was very friendly and the highlight of my visit. She seemed very happy to have me there. More

I cant say enough positive about the car buying experience at Kistler Ford. I was putting off buying a newer car because i was dreading the whole car salesman (shark) experience. When Scott Bicke experience at Kistler Ford. I was putting off buying a newer car because i was dreading the whole car salesman (shark) experience. When Scott Bickel approched me he was friendly and easy going. I told him what my price range was and what i was not looking for and he gave me some good choices that were good for me. The whole feeling of car buying was changed by the overall feel of the experience. From Scott approaching me to the finance guy joking about my dog which i brought into the dealership in order to finish up paperwork. This is my first American made car and am really happy with my Ford Focus. Thanks Scott for all your help!! More
Nick Montalbano was an absolute pleasure to work with and I feel like we collaborated on a deal where both parties won. My wife and I went to Kistler Ford to look at getting a lease for her. We've been a one car family for several years without a problem but I recently took a job that had me working outside the home and the lease for her. We've been a one car family for several years without a problem but I recently took a job that had me working outside the home and the trip to the dealership had me thinking about my poor car, with 190K+ miles on it and I had been considering asking about the possibility of leasing a second car, possibly a Fiesta. Most of my driving is made up of the 2.5 miles from my house to the bus stop and back. Then we got to the dealership. I haven't owned many cars in my lifetime, but I've been involved in buying cars for nearly 30 years, from my first heavily used Ford Escort from a used car salesman acquaintance my father knew, to having looked at dozens of cars before I settled on a Mitsubishi back in the late 90's. From the time I walked into your dealership, I knew this was different. I have had situations where I've walked into a dealership based on advertised price and walked out based on high-priced upselling of why I didn't want the car I'd come in for. I actually won't buy one brand of car because I had such a bad experience with a salesman there. But the experience that Nae and I had at Kistler Ford will keep us coming back and sharing our experience with our friends. This last weekend was actually the first time I've gotten to take the Escape for more than a quick run to the bus stop and back. I was in Columbus this past weekend to catch up with some old friends and I can tell you that I would have hated to make that ride in a Fiesta. I am very glad that I felt comfortable enough to ask Mike about the possibility of getting both cars and I am very pleased that Mike and Justin were able to work with me to get both cars for numbers that fit in my budget. We will definitely be coming back to Kistler Ford for our car needs. More
I should have known from day one. I stopped in for an estimate to have our vehicle repaired after someone hit me. Upon entering the office, I was reluctantly met (you would have thought I was bothering estimate to have our vehicle repaired after someone hit me. Upon entering the office, I was reluctantly met (you would have thought I was bothering him), by a man sitting behind a counter reclining back in a chair with his hands behind his head. He literally called out to a young lady (Sunday Crandall = very nice and professional), to write up an estimate. When I brought our Ford Escape in for the actual repair, I was once again greeted by Jerry in the "EXACT" same manner as our previous encounter and once again he "yelled" to Ms. Crandall. We were promised to have our vehicle returned in two-three days. We even accommodated their schedule by a week to expedite the return of our vehicle. It has now been a week and we are still waiting, for our vehicle. Jerry has "NEVER" once called to say things are delayed or the status of our vehicle. We have to call him. I am paying for a rental out of pocket and he knows this. We were going to purchase/lease two vehicles within the next three months, from Kistler. I will "NOT" be taking my business to Kistler Ford and I will be warning others of the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE we have received. This former "Kistler Whistler," will be whistling a new tune. More
