Pot hole caused front right tire to go flat. Replaced tire with spare. Drove to Ford Dealership the next morning. Tom Muirhead was there to greet me and follow-up on requirements. I was driving, hit a pot hole, got a flat tire with a bent rim. I took my car to Cody Hyden at Kistler Ford, his team fixed my car within MINUTES so I could go pick up my kids from daycare! the service dept at kistler ford was great. my service advisor tom muirhead was excellent. I brought my car in for a couple minor warranty issues, and am very satisfied. they were very busy, but tom got m advisor tom muirhead was excellent.
