They were not pushy, at anytime, they present the product they have to offer, show you the price you can expect to pay, from there the decision is yours to make. It impressed me how they were not interested in wasting your time, they got all the information for you to look at in a timely fashion. Once we made our decision to buy they expedited the paper work so we could be on our way (this was important to us). I thought the offer they made on my trade-in was more than fair and I appreciated the fact they did not insult us with a low ball offer. I visited Kistler Ford to test drive a car. Since I got there, the service and attention were first class. I decided to buy the car and Eric Pitzen led the entire process that to my surprise, due to unpleasant experiences with other dealerships, was fast, transparent, upfront, friendly, and with absolutely no bs; just the way I like doing business. Even when dealing with the Finance guys, where I've had previous bad experiences at other places, the transparency was fantastic (very clear numbers, interest rates, good explanation of additional guaratees but zero pressure to buy and spend extra money, and really fast).
