Bill Zuccarell the SYNC Specialist helped with getting my "hands free" phone service started for me and it has been wonderful to use this in my new Escape. Fast and Helpful I had just backed into someone in a parking lot and did some minor damage to the bumper of my 2010 Ford Escape. I stopped at the dealership (body shop I had just backed into someone in a parking lot and did some minor damage to the bumper of my 2010 Ford Escape. I stopped at the dealership (body shop) to ask their thoughts on the damage. Jerry Kohlruss, the Collision Shop Manager, took one look and called Justin Mitchell out to collect his thoughts. Justin went back into the shop and came out with a short rod and within 2 minutes had basically restored my dented bumper to it's original shape. Yes there was some minor paint damage but to receive fast and honest service with such excellent quality was refreshing. I will continue to recommend my social network (friends and family) to go to Kistler for all of their car care needs! More
