Sales person Lauren Moreau gave me a friendly greeting but then left me to look around until I had questions. That is what needed; time to walk around and compare colors, body styles, options, price, ect. When I was ready with questions, I went into the show room and found Lauren. She answered questions and explained options. We test drove two cars. There was absolutely no pressure. The service was great and the car sold itself. More

Trip from Pinckney MI to CT..... We were headed to Ct to go to a funeral of a dear friend. We left early to make the 700 mile trip in one day. When we drove into OH our Ford started loosing power. We pulled over and asked for the nearest Ford dealership. We were lucky to find a UPS driver that gave us directions to Kisler Ford. We just showed up and got in line with other cars needing service. our service guy was Tom Muirhead. When he found out we were trying to get to a funeral....he went out of his way to get our car fixed...he knew what the problem was. We sat in a very nice lounge, and within an hour our car was fixed. he was friendly, knowledgable and sympathetic. he needs a raise! More

Treated like a long time friend ! From the moment we walked onto the lot, we were greeted and treated like friends. Ed Wilcox was awesome. He rode along with us in the truck we were interested in.We came back the next day with a vehicle to do a possible trade-in deal. My husband is a car collector, and he knows exactly how to crunch all the numbers so that we get the best and fairest deal. When Ed handed us the paperwork with that bottom number... a HUGE smile came across my face... I looked at my husband and he just smiled and said.."Well, I guess you own a truck!! Thank you Kistler and Ed Wilcox for your honest deal and making this happen for me!! I LOVE my 2014 FORD RAPTOR. And to top it all off, as fate would have it, I am also the owner of one of the few remaining vintage keyrings that states "I'M A KISTLER WHISTLER"...And yes, it whistles PERFECTLY!! I feel Ford owes me that money. Is there anything I can about getting it reimbursed? More
