Service for a non-buying customer While I was considering a Ford from Kistler, I was told, "If you don't buy a car here, bring your offer by before you buy elsewhere, we will help you While I was considering a Ford from Kistler, I was told, "If you don't buy a car here, bring your offer by before you buy elsewhere, we will help you figure out if it's a good deal." I am sure they were surprised when I showed off with papers from a GMC dealer taking them up on the offer. 5 product specialists spent over an hour with me, going over the details of the deal. They decided that the deal was good and encouraged me to take it. I was so impressed that they were so helpful and friendly despite the fact that I was not buying a car from them. When I was considering a Ford in the first place, they were equally helpful and friendly, and you cannot beat a LIFETIME GUARANTEE on the engine!! I am the father of two young boys. My car is never clean and has toys everywhere. They took the time to detail my car and organize the toys for the boys. She was very helpful and gave my number to the finance dept. The gentleman called and got the vin of the vehicle I was trading in and said he would definitely get back to me on Monday. Well.........after Wednesday I decided to call the dealership and talked to Rebecca again. I told her that nobody has called me yet and after a few minutes she came back and said they couldn't get me financed. Hmmm.........after I just bought the car 2 months ago and didn't have any trouble getting financed and they couldn't do anything ? Sounds like someone didn't take the time to try to win a new customer ! Too bad ! More
