Lack of Customer Notification of Additiona Service Performed I took my car in for a Safety Recall and during the work being performed the mechanic broke the attached Hinge. I would appreciate the next time if yo I took my car in for a Safety Recall and during the work being performed the mechanic broke the attached Hinge. I would appreciate the next time if you see something with corrosion or possibly resulting in additional work that the customer needs to be notified ahead of time prior to work in that area. This resulted in additional charges that I did not approve or expect. Then the mechanic called and rudely stated that I needed to pay for it. However after speaking to the Service Manager who was friendly and understood my case made an adjustment to 50% off my expense. Even though I appreciate the adjustment, I believe i should have been advised of the situation prior to any work being done and will not return for any further service on my vehicles. :-( More

They were available anytime I called even after hours. Because of the road bumps in my life my credit was not good. They worked very hard to get me financed and stay within my budget. AMAZING They were genuinely concerned and honest about the facts, figures and finding a good fit for me. Because of their hard work I am a very happy ford owner that is on the road to repairing my credit. I will definitely work with Nick and Max the next time I buy a car. Rude and Arrogant I was here to buy a Ford FX4 Truck. I loved the truck and so did i like my salesman Nick Montalbano who i really got along with since we were both fro I was here to buy a Ford FX4 Truck. I loved the truck and so did i like my salesman Nick Montalbano who i really got along with since we were both from NJ NY Area. Apparently he tried very hard to help me to get into this truck but the New Vehicle Leader Mr.Maxwell was probably jealous or apprehensive about Nick's growing reputation and decided to veto this deal. I showed them what price i was getting for my tradein at a different dealership and asked them to match it so i can get the FX4. Apparently Maxwell just walks out to us and tells me and my wife that we have to go the other dealership that was giving me the deal and just walked back away. DId not even try to negotiate. I was upset and pissed off not just at this dealership but at Ford in general because they have such incompetent and rude people working for them and apparently they want to sell their vehicles. Either ways i waited a week , picked my car back from service , walked into Ed Schmidt GMC gave them my numbers and walked out with a brand new fully loaded GMC Sierra Denali. I would love to go back and rub it in Mr.Maxwells face. He not only cost Kistler a customer , a vehicle sold off the lot but also someone who spends a lot of money on accessorries and customisations. Good Job Kistler. Hope you make Mr.Maxwell the Dealership Leader so you have more vehicles sitting on the lot waiting for customers to pick them up. More

Jeff Mathes was a considerate salesman. He did not push his agenda on us. We did not feel pressured to purchase our used 2013 Ford Taurus. He was always available when we telephoned him.
