excellent experience I needed tires for my truck, I was referred to you by Sonja pauly. I called about the tires and Abe was very polite to Sam me what tires I had on the I needed tires for my truck, I was referred to you by Sonja pauly. I called about the tires and Abe was very polite to Sam me what tires I had on the truck so he could price out new ones. Nick, the service advisor made me feel very comfortable. Dominick Franklin did the service, just so you know, I had a problem with the drivers side rear wheel lock up, after Dominick did the inspection and tires it hasn't locked up since, and the brake pedal feels better. So what ever he did I greatly appreciate it. And Sonja pauly met me at 8:00 am on her day off and sat with me in the waiting room, while my truck was in. Then she showed me some of the vehicles in the show room, she has a lot of knowledge about them. She was very thorough about the cars. I thought it was very nice of Sonja to do this. I will definitely have my truck serviced there again and recommend you to other people. More

Allison Drake made us feel comfortable thru the whole process and NOT once did we feel pressured to make a commitment on any vehicle. This was a very welcomed feeling! YOU don't get this feeling at many dealerships! Then there is Justin Flood that provided a great loan rate and an excellent explanation of the financing terms along with gap insurance. In regards to gap insurance, he asked questions that I needed to confirm with my auto insurance! who does that anymore? Justin at Kistler! I also wanted to mention Max Ohnezeit on his follow-ups to make sure things were being processed smoothly. All around great experience and would recommend them to anyone! Awesome experiance! My wife and I have been Ford owners for most of our lives and haven't been happy with the dealership that we usually go to since our salesman retired. My wife and I have been Ford owners for most of our lives and haven't been happy with the dealership that we usually go to since our salesman retired. We began working with Ben Goulette in the service department a few years ago for the service on our Explorer and Sport Trac. The service that we received was excellent so when it came time to buy another vehicle we knew where we were going. We had decided to transition to more fuel efficient vehicle but wasn't sure exactly what we wanted. Sunday Crandall was very patient with us and after test driving and looking at several Focus, Fusion and Escape's we decided on an Escape with 2.0 ecoboost. We love it! The experience didn't end there. Christine Fosgate secured our financing with a great low interest loan and drove off the lot the same day. I will recommend Kistler to everyone! More

ACE! Great Car Buying Experience I went in not expecting to drive off the lot that day. Due to great customer service and financing I was able to get a wonderful 2015 Ford Fusion.
