Customer for life! Kistler Ford, you have a customer for life. This was my first new car buying experience and everyone from my Product specialist Sonja, and the finance Kistler Ford, you have a customer for life. This was my first new car buying experience and everyone from my Product specialist Sonja, and the finance staff including Max and Christi were absolutely wonderful. I gave Max a price that I was looking to pay every month and he made every effort to provide me with an affordable monthly payment for my new Ford Focus. The no pressure sales environment was great and I will not buy/lease a vehicle in the future from anywhere else. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new/used car should check out Kistler Ford on the Central Avenue strip. More

Keith was our salesperson and treated us with respect and completed our request promptly and did not try to oversell the product. Max made sure we were aware of the current promotions and helped select the program that was best suited for us. During the payment phase Justin helped us understand the total cost and reconciled the total to our satisfaction. Denzel went over the electronic, was polite and knowledgeable about the systems. Repairs and service We were visiting family in michigan and Ohio when our fuel pump went out on our way home to Florida. It took almost 8 hours to get diagnosed. Then we We were visiting family in michigan and Ohio when our fuel pump went out on our way home to Florida. It took almost 8 hours to get diagnosed. Then we were told that we needed a new gas tank! Kistler wanted to charge us 2500.00 for repairs. We were given a detailed print out showing the procedures to follow when diagnosing our problem. It clearly states that the mechanic should drop the tank to inspect it. When waiting for the tow truck to take our van somewhere else, the mechanic admitted that he never dropped or inspected the gas tank, yet they were prepared to replace a tank that was perfectly fine for 1200. Our van is wheelchair accessible because our son is a quadriplegic and in a wheelchair. Kistler ford is as crooked as you can get especially if you are from out of state! Needless to say, because of this experience we will NEVER buy a ford again! More

Price kept changing Signed up for an oil change service online for $79.00, got there and it changed to $86.00 (tax?), came to pick up my car and it changed to $106.00 (no Signed up for an oil change service online for $79.00, got there and it changed to $86.00 (tax?), came to pick up my car and it changed to $106.00 (no changes in service occurred), then when I questioned them the tire rotation was suddenly free and the price changed to $89.00. What would you think? Would have preferred a private email, but they don’t publish email addresses...might be a clue. Everything was 5 stars except for this. More
