Great experience! I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. I have always owned Hondas and Toyotas. I was really impressed with the quality of the Edge (and I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium AWD. I have always owned Hondas and Toyotas. I was really impressed with the quality of the Edge (and of Ford overall). Most importantly, I was very happy with my experience at Kistler Ford. There is a no-pressure feel and everyone was really friendly. They are up-front with the X-PLan pricing for everyone. Sonja was quite knowledgeable and helped me through the process. Little things are important like free oil changes for the first year and free car washes (when I went back to pick up my plates Sonja insisted that she have my car washed--even though it was only a little dirty). While you are waiting they always bring you a bottle of water. Justin in finance helped me through all the paperwork and was friendly. I would definitely recommend Kistler. More

I was in the market for a new car and heard that Costco had a car buying plan for their members. I was interested in a new Fusion and Costco directed me to Kistler. I was contacted by Kylie who answered a few questions for me and set an appointment to visit the store. Once I got to the store, I was introduced to Chip Moes who helped me pick out an awesome certified preowned Fusion. The finance person, Christi, was fast and professional and got me a great rate too. This is how I'm going to buy all my cars from now on and am definitely telling everyone I know too. More

I was introduced to Sonja Franko and right from the get go she made me feel right at home. She was able to get my car upgraded from a base model to a SE edition with all the trimmings and some sick rims. The best part is I'm paying just a little over what I was for the base model. As for the staff they were excellent and even talked with the owner, who was very friendly. Sonja was outstanding!!! she a real class act! She is a very personable person with a great sense of humor and very knowledgeable. To top it off I was even treated to Sushi.........yum!!!! If you want a no pressure environment, awesome service, and great deals then look no further. This is my second Fusion from this dealership and I've never been disappointed with them at all. P.S. If your real nice you too might get some yummy sushi. More
