Awesome Experience and fund Exact SUV! We were looking for Ford Explorer 2017 since last 1 month. We had some very specific requirements and color options. We went to the other dealers and We were looking for Ford Explorer 2017 since last 1 month. We had some very specific requirements and color options. We went to the other dealers and gave requirements but none was able to find out the exact SUV we needed, there was either add on or some different color. If they found similar match, they were not able to trade in with other dealers where they found the match. Finally I had given up on it and was thinking about custom options, which take about 6-8 weeks. We wanted vehicle sooner that that. So, then we finally went to Kistler, explained our requirement details to Lauren on Thursday. She started her research and found one vehicle on Friday afternoon with exact match!. I wasn't still sure if trade in would work. On Saturday, when I got a call from Lauren, they were not only ready for trade in price we wanted but they got the vehicle into their lot from other dealers. So, Lauren went a step ahead and got the vehicle before everything else. We went on Saturday, took a test drive and made a deal!! Since, we have been to other Ford dealers we saw that either other dealers are not that active about searching specific car, if they found out they were not able to make a deal or give us good trade in value for our old car. In case of Kistlers, it worked out best.It was totally awesome experience. Thanks Lauren!! Vibha. More

Our experience at Kistler was exceptional! They greeted us and made the whole daunting task of purchasing a vehicle incredibly smooth and seamless. We found the truck we wanted at a great price without having to negotiate or plea bargain. We were treated like we were the most important people in the shop and everyone worked together as a team to get us in and out of there in record time. Best Saleswoman Ever Sunday Crandall was my saleswoman and she worked with me to get the payment I wanted and got me into a 2017 Ford Escape. She had me do my paperwork a Sunday Crandall was my saleswoman and she worked with me to get the payment I wanted and got me into a 2017 Ford Escape. She had me do my paperwork at home and it was a Huge time saver. Not only did she help me move all my "things" from my old car to my new but sat with me to show me updates in the new model. She introduced me to everyone including the Service Department and and put in my new floor mats. I've never had a salesperson take me to so many different departments and make sure that I had everything I needed. I highly recommend her and all of the people who work in all the departments. More

Worst Dealership ever Bought a car I was told from Chip my sales man was certified to later find out not even a year after buying it that it was actually used. I walked in wanting a certified car it was the only thing I wanted besides the car being black. Cars power steering is faulty from the computer system in my 2013 Ford Fusion Kistler will not help with the issue even though the steering went out while I was driving & others online have talked about having this issue with the same model. Now I am left with trying to prove that he sold me a car under false pretenses because his "paper work" doesn't match what they do for certified cars. How am I supposed to know what paper work looks like for a certified car if I have never purchased one & I am being told its certified. I should have purchased from a local family owned business because Bobby Jergergins only cares about Bobby. I totally regret stepping on this lot. Bought car November 13th 2015 & it's garbage thanks Kistler!! More

He located touch up paint for our 2012 Ford Escape right at the time of sale, so that we would not have to come back to the dealer and purchase it separately. We realized when we got back to Michigan that we had forgotten a few items in our old Escape. Jeff Mathes had all of the items in order for when we picked them up. Excellent customer service! Jeff Mathes went out of his way to make sure that were satisfied with our purchase. I would highly recommend this Kistler Ford Dealer!!! More
