He was extremely kind and informative while I test drove the car. However, he never made me feel pressured. He came back to us with another sales representative with the cost of the car, which reflected a very fair price. Within an hour the car was mine! Also, Kraig did a wonderful job acclimating me to all the features of the car. Kistler's team makes it easy from start to finish. Another great feature is they take care of getting the correct plated for your new vehicle. This saved us time and hassle. I am so excited to drive my new Ford Fusion. More
