If there is anything that would describe my experience, it would be The Best Customer Service I've ever had. The first time I walked into the dealership Eric gave me all his time and attention. I was interested in a Ford Edge, and Eric was very knowledgeable about all what's there to know about the car. I made the decision to buy the car on the first visit, and all the payment options were discussed of which none really satisfied me. Eric kept coming up with different solutions until we found one that I liked. All that was just the norm that you'd expect your dealer to do for you. But, all the difficulties that I faced came after all the talk, which was dealt in a manner that was completely amazing. I am not an American citizen nor did I even have a state driver's license at that time. I had just moved into the city and I had no form of documentation to prove residence or anything they needed. I've been asked to bring all the documents I had already and not worry about the rest and bring them when I can. They offered me a contract just to reserve the car that I liked. They simply took my word that I will buy the car, made some photocopies, and just waited till I got my driver's license and wrote them the check. The best part about this whole experience is what comes after buying the car. First of all, Eric became my go to guy whenever I needed anything. I would just call him and he'll figure out what's needed and arrange everything for me. And every time I go to the dealership for any reason he's the guy that takes care of it all. Not to mention all the great offers and services Kistler Ford offers which are simply incomparable. They are definitely the best dealership service-wise I have dealt with. All I can say is that I am completely satisfied with Kistler and I am always recommending them to everyone I know. More

I've been looking around at cars for a while now and hadn't been pleased with my experience at many dealerships. Either they were all over you from the start or nowhere to be found. So I was beginning to think I'd never find my happy ending. Then I stopped into Kistler while visiting friends in Toledo for Thanksgiving. Kistler was great. It was a very laid back atmosphere. Despite everyone being very eager to help, you don't feel pressured in anyway. Eric was very helpful and patient in helping me narrow down my search. And when he had to step away for a second, Sara stepped in without missing a beat to answer my questions.
