I came into the dealership to price an F-150 since I was looking to get a new vehicle within the next 2 months. Alonzo and the rest of the team at Kistler Ford made me feel welcome right away. We joked and laughed for a while after figuring out that we had run into each other in the past. I was asked what brought me in and after wards I was shown 2 vehicles that met my needs exactly. There was no pushy up selling or additions that I did not want. After the test drive, Alonzo sat down with me and discussed the leasing options and how it differed from purchasing. I was grateful because I had never considered leasing a vehicle due to misinformation I had received over the years. When I told Alonzo that I was waiting for my tax return before I made a decision, he went and spoke to his team and they were able to put together a package that allowed me to leave with the vehicle I wanted that day instead of having to wait and waste time. I was very appreciative of Alonzo and his team for giving me a fair price right away and not playing games with the numbers. Then Alonzo set an appointment for me to come back and talk with Bill who walked me step by step through how to use all of the amazing features built into my new truck. Lease wasn't due for another 6 months and Ed Wilcox called me up and offered me an early buy out on a new Escape. He took the time to go over the options and what my new payment would be. In fact my pa called me up and offered me an early buy out on a new Escape. He took the time to go over the options and what my new payment would be. In fact my payment is a little lower. He and Justin stayed later ( after the dealer ship was closed ) to make sure all the paperwork was done so I could drive my new car home the same day. I thought this was above and beyond the service I would get at 99% of other car dealerships. I would highly recommend Kistler Ford, Ed Wilcox and Justin Flood. Joan Hetzner More
Kistler Ford and salesman Nathan Keeton along with the rest of the sales staff went above and beyond what other local ford dealerships were willing to do to work out a deal. I am certain the price negotiated for my 2013 Ford escape is much better than I could have done elsewhere. Other dealerships basically said heres the price, heres the current rebates and thats it. Nathan willingly spent several hours on multiple test drives, time explaining vehicle features and offering multiple money saving options to achieve the deal. Will recommend Kistler Ford to friends and to family members as well as intending on being a returning customer myself. - John More
Tony was very attentive to our needs. We told him what we were looking for he brought 3 different models inside for us to look at so we did not have to go out to walk around the lot in the cold and high w we were looking for he brought 3 different models inside for us to look at so we did not have to go out to walk around the lot in the cold and high wind. We decided the Fusion would be the best fit. Tony sat down with us and discussed colors, options, and explained the option packages, in other words to get this option you have to buy this package. After explaining all of this he brought out a car for us to test drive. Tony is a good listener because we bought the first car we drove. Unlike other dealers who get you to drive the most expensive model they have, then try to work your way down to what you asked for in the first place after test driving 6 different cars. When it came to finalizing the deal Tony found all available discounts. Through conversation he found I had retired from a automotive parts manufacturer that is a Ford supplyer, so he called the personal dept. of my company and got the information from them, called Ford a got a pin number and got me on the Ford X Plan for Ford suppliers. I didn't know I was still eligible for that discount. The next day they had us come back to teach us how to use the Sync system. Justin was very patient in explaining everything and very thorough. My wife is not computer savy and Justin was very patient with her and took time to find ways to explain so she could understand. It was a very good buying experience and I recommend Kistler Ford to everyone planning to buy a car. More
I purchased my first New vehicle back in 2011 (2011 Ford Focus SES) as a College Graduation gift to myself. Unfortunately for me, I was involved in an accident which resulted in my car being totaled a week before Thanksgiving 2012. As you can imagine, dealing with insurance can be a painful, drawn out process and I was beginning to feel like all I was receiving was bad news. Now let me tell you, I wasn't exactly in the best position to be purchasing another vehicle any time soon. It was the Holidays with Christmas right around the corner, I purchased a new home a few months prior, I had been traveling more than usual during the year because of family issues AND I was stiffed by my insurance company. They had left me with about a $3,000.00 bill on my Focus Auto Loan because they would only reimburse me for "what the car was worth." So here I am, without a car and I need to commute about 28miles to work 5 days a week. HELP That's when I got on the phone with Kistler and things began to fall in place. I can almost give Kistler's Finance Manager, Justin, full credit for pulling me out of the hole I had found myself in. We spoke over the phone and by e-mail for several weeks while I borrowed my mother-in-law's spare car until I was ready to make my decision. He was incredibly helpful when it came to figuring out how to take care of the Negative Equity from my previous Auto Loan and how to get the ball rolling on getting financed for another vehicle. He explained the cost breakdown in terms that I could understand and was patient enough to repeat himself when I asked the same questions over and over. He worked diligently to reach a figure that was both fair and affordable to my monthly budget and was even able to get me a better monthly payment than a competing Ford dealership. I can definitely tell you, without a doubt, that driving 150 miles north to purchase from Kistler was the best decision I could have made. With the help of Justin and one of Kistler's low pressure salesmen, Eric, I drove off the lot in my new 2013 Escape SE and can see myself coming back in the future. As cliche and corny as it might sound, they made me feel like I was doing business with friends and family. More

A few years ago my wife was involved in an accident that ended up with her car being totaled, and not having too much in the bank, we were in a market for a used car. Being more of a computer guy than a car ended up with her car being totaled, and not having too much in the bank, we were in a market for a used car. Being more of a computer guy than a car guy I was leery about going to a dealership because I believed that I would be paying more for a car than I would at a private seller also, with myself not knowing too much about cars, maybe getting a bad deal on a lemon. However, I was highly recommended by a friend and co-worker so I decided to give Kistler Ford a try. Without making an appointment we stopped on by and Tom immediately approached us after a few minutes of browsing. My wife and I were pleased with Tom Shanahan's no-rush, no hassle approach and he was open, honest, and friendly. He was very helpful in pointing out many of the car's features and showed us similar models that we might be interested in. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and more importantly didn't try to upsell us on anything we didn't ask for or wasn't in our price range. If you ever have a problem they will take care of it and fast. After purchasing the Mercury Milan my wife said the brake pedal was "squishy" and they repaired it the next day with no questions asked. We were afraid of getting financed but after giving just a few numbers they said it should be no problem. We never felt we were being taken advantage of as first time buyers. We had such a great experience that we came back again Jan 2013 and bought a 2010 Ford Escape at great price. We saw Tom Shanahan again and he gave us the same great service he did 2 years ago. Justin Flood was particularly wonderful in the finance department. Justin explained everything to us very clearly and went over everything we were signing before we signed it. He was very through and made sure we understood our financial responsibilities without being pushy or course. We are very pleased with Kistler Ford. More
