Tom has been my go to guy at Kistler since I purchased my E-150 Van used in 2006. He always does a thorough review of my maintenance and scheduled maintenance, recommend immidiate requirements and suggests E-150 Van used in 2006. He keeps a record and when I drop my van off he will tell me what I should also include. He does his utmost to keep me out of trouble. What is important most to me is good records since I don't. I don't want to break down on the road or have sudden issues. Yes there have been times when I have had to tow my van into the shop, but again it is a 2002 I intend to keep going as long as possible.
