When I recently brought my car in for service work they fixed it under a warranty call it would not have happened had they use the parts they ordered in my vehicle instead of taking them and putting them i fixed it under a warranty call it would not have happened had they use the parts they ordered in my vehicle instead of taking them and putting them into another vehicle after I made an appointment to bring my car in for recall work I was very upset my car broke down and I was without my car for two days cost me $75 for a tow to have it brought to the dealership I did not ask for reimbursement I didn't figure they would reimburse me for the tow but they should not sure if I will ever return to your dealership for anything again service department treated me very well this time the first two times in there not so well especially when they gave my parts that they ordered for my car to somebody else to put in their vehicle and parts were not there when I brought the vehicle in for repairs to say that I was upset was an understatement they never attempted to contact me again about replacement parts that we're on recall order each time I called I was told service department would call me and set up an appointment time for me to bring my car in once the parts arrived because of what happened the time before and nobody ever did after me calling in multiple times trying to set up an appointment I don't like being lied to your dealership has lost my trust and I am a retired Chrysler employee I will have to go elsewhere I guess if I want to purchase another vehicle or even get service work done now if the dealership would like to reimburse me for having my vehicle towed to Yark Automotive I might reconsider that cost was $75 from Throne Towing turns out the alternator was burnt out a 2013 Dodge Charger it also fried the battery that I had in it More

I had a battery replaced 1/2017 at Yark Toledo Express Lane. The battery went bad this month 11/25/20. I called and was told by the service rep the battery has a 36 month warranty. I asked if I could bring the battery in since my Jeep was not mobile due to the battery dying. I was told yes, I could bring it in; Jay from Express lane had my battery tested through parts. I was told by Jay the battery tested bad......now I have to bring my Jeep in to get diagnosed to make sure it's not something else that ruined the battery........ So now I will be inconvenienced even more to make an appointment with service, have no car for a week because you are booked out in order to get a xxxx battery that should be under warranty. Unbelievable... Thanks for the many bad memories of dealing with Yark Auto in Toledo. I have dealt with other places and they have always kept to their word and a warranty is a warranty with the battery. I should have known better than to purchase the battery at Yark Toledo. More
