This was a negative experience. I came Friday and they could not find the tool to remove my tire. Monday when I arrived I had to wait with little regard to the fact I had made multiple trips. I made the mistake of scheduling for 5pm. I think the staff were flustered. It was the end of the day and they were apologetic but were getting my filter mixed up with someone else to show me the wear on staff were flustered.
