All around bad experience. Had a scheduled appointment at 8 in the morning and didn’t get my car till 4 the next day. The appointment was made 10 days prior as well. The service center had their doors open right on time, I only had to wait in my vehicle for a few minutes before work began on my car. I stopped by there for an oil change , they told me due to COVID they only take appointments. They said I could wait there or come back that it might be 3 hours befor they got to it.
