Manipulative Sales Tactics Salesman was friendly and cooperative. Finance Manager was personable but misleading and manipulative in sales tactics regarding extended warranties. Very unfortunate and will not return to Yark nor will I ever recommend them to family or friends. Calling to complain meant nothing to anyone and I was referred back to the same Finance Manager I didn't trust every time. Customer Service is clearly not at the top of their priorities. More
