Im highly upset with their service department. I bought a truck from Yark. Not long after an exhaust manifold bolt broke and it sounded like crap. Took it to them and fortunately it was covered by the warran truck from Yark. Not long after an exhaust manifold bolt broke and it sounded like crap. Took it to them and fortunately it was covered by the warranty I purchased. I was told it would take a day to get it in and repaired and I'd have it back the next day. Nope, almost a week. Then approximately a month later, the same issue. I called and they told me to bring it in. Two days later they tell me the mechanic only replaced the one bolt and that he doesn't work with them any longer. So about the same time line, I get my truck back. More recently I just took it in for maintenance, oil change, brakes, fron end alignment,etc. A few days later I get my truck back and notice a creeking sound coming from the suspension. I called twice, no returned call. Im over them. More

Not happy with the price they charged me for a oil change! I have never paid $85.00 for an oil change for my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica before, The man that checked my car in asked if I had an appointment. Which I did not but I pulled right in the bay no other cars were even in front of me. Then he checked his tablet to see if he could even fit me in? Employees were not even doing anything just standing around at the time. I will not be bringing my vehicles back to your establishment for anything and I have been using your business for years.
