Certified preowned jeep had a major issue within 4 months. Extended warranty apparently did not cover the problem, surprise. I am not able to say how bad my customer experience was. Words can't describe the fustration. I am not a happy customer with the yark service department. They do not listen to the customer. I can tell you that I do. I'm not going to be told that the problem is normal. Total blow off. I expected more professionalism. More
