Certified preowned jeep had a major issue within 4 months. Extended warranty apparently did not cover the problem, surprise. I am not able to say how bad my customer experience was. Words can't describe the fustration. I am not a happy customer with the yark service department. They do not listen to the customer. They can't understand what conflict resolution is. I had to call FCA they steered me to another dealership. Plus I felt like they thought I don't know what I am talking about. I can tell you that I do. I'm not going to be told that the problem is normal. Total blow off. I expected more professionalism. More

Ernie has been our salesman for about 10 years now. We followed him to Yark!! Can’t say enough wonderful things about him as a salesman and as a person. He goes above and beyond for us anytime we are look followed him to Yark!! Can’t say enough wonderful things about him as a salesman and as a person. He goes above and beyond for us anytime we are looking for a new vehicle and is excellent at communicating with his customers and finding us exactly what we are asking for for the price range we give him. A+++ rating for sure.. Cannot remember (nor do we have a card with his name on it) the name of the finance guy used for our recent sale, but, we already had a set pre-approved monthly payment with all the discounts and incentives etc and when it was time to sign all of the paperwork it came out to be an additional $40 more a month. He said that $369 was the best he could do. We asked why there was an increase from the original quote payment amount and he seemed to have no interest in taking any initiative to assist us in getting the payment corrected. We ended up having to get our salesman and management involved to get the original agreed monthly payment. More
