The dealership did not stand by listed price. When I offered to purchase the vehicle for the listed price and showed them what it was listed for on cars.com, they then changed the price on cars. More

Our market based pricing is explained online with our inventory. We try our best to make it clear to each of our customers through our base statement, that we rarely discount the price of vehicles because of live market pricing. We eliminate the back and forth negotiating by making sure we have some of the best prices in the market, the internet does the negotiating for you, so to speak. Please know that we do try to serve our customers the best we can and sincerely apologize for any miscommunication that has happened.

Please note that I did not try to negotiate the price. I was willing to purchase the vehicle for the price listed of $42,995. I also do not like the old school negotation process and that is why I used Cars.com. After refusing to sell the vehicle for the advertised price, Yark raised the price on Cars to $45,995 which is what they offered it to me for after not standing by the original listed price.
