I recently got an oil change and was told my carbon air filter and cover was missing. Which was odd because I’ve only got service done at yark. I was told my fluids were filed but when I checked my Coolant filter and cover was missing. Which was odd because I’ve only got service done at yark. I don’t understand why the mechanics in there aren’t doing their job and I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. I shouldn’t have to watch the operators every move but now I see I do.
