I originally had a service scheduled to look at a light for my Auto Start/Stop feature but it went out on my way to the dealership. I told the service rep on the other side and he simply pointed me to a sign that basically said "if the day ends in D-A-Y, your start/stop feature may not work." Instead of saying that they would still look at it just in case they can find an issue, he told me to drop it off with the Express Lube to get my scheduled oil/rotation. After picking out my Jeep, I had an extremely long wait time to be helped by a sales associate. The one who initially started helping me was busy, ended up punting me to another associate because of the co time to be helped by a sales associate. The one who initially started helping me was busy, ended up punting me to another associate because of the couple hour wait we had to start the buying process. After some somewhat frustration on time, when we FINALLY got to the financial department who sped through the information so quickly (to get us out of there since he could tell by my frustration) and with lack of detail to what I was agreeing to, I felt swindled me into buy not 1, not 2, but 3 additional add on warranties. After having time at home to go through the paperwork to figure out how my payments were so high after I had put thousands down, and had a trade in vehicle...I had called to ask why I had such high additional charges, which is when I found out I had agreed to apparently ADD ON warranties...that let me tell you were never explained to be additional or optional...Less Than thrilled by all that to say the least and now have to work with the outside companies to cancel said add on warranties. More
