I have never purchased a vehicle that the seller did not go over the features of the vehicle with me. I understand Kevin was out the initial day I received it but somebody else could've easily done it as w go over the features of the vehicle with me. I also thought the truck would've been detailed but it was only washed. I took it home and tried to wax it but it was still not smooth like a new vehicle. I ended up using a clay bar to clean it before doing the wax to get rid of all impurities. I did the entire truck other than the roof which you could see if you would like. There is something rattling around inside the tail gate which Tyrone is working on getting this taken care of for me. Bob Lutz was very helpful in working with me on the lock/unlock of the tailgate which seemed odd that the salesmen didn't know about. I figured all salesmen would be up to date on the features of the Ram trucks. I understand if another brand came in and they didn't know something but the Ram is the feature vehicle. More
