I had a great experience at the yark dodge and jeep dealership and James Hickok is a awesome salesman, and I would recommend him to anybody and he make sure your taking care of and he is very helpful a dealership and James Hickok is a awesome salesman, and I would recommend him to anybody and he make sure your taking care of and he is very helpful and is very knowledgeable so I recommend everybody if you could try to get him for your salesman do it and he will take care of you like a friend/family member would!!! The fastest service center that I have experienced in a long time. Got me in before my scheduled time, did the inspection oil change and headlight replacement in around 45 minutes. Thank God for Ernie Perez! Our vehicle was in Yark Collision repair for 4 months. Insurance only covered 45 days (rental) . Ernie made sure we had a vehicle to use for the rema Our vehicle was in Yark Collision repair for 4 months. Insurance only covered 45 days (rental) . Ernie made sure we had a vehicle to use for the remainder. The Collision Ctr was not easy to deal with. Over promising and under delivering. Very poor communication. Went to pick the car up today finally. It was filthy,tools were left in the back seat, empty gas tank. I would be embarrassed to return a vehicle back to a customer in this condition. Especially after 4 months. Ernie offered to have the car cleaned up and gassed up. He is the best sales associate we have ever met and that is why we will continue to use him for our vehicle leases/purchases. Yark is lucky to have him! More

The dealership did not stand by listed price. When I offered to purchase the vehicle for the listed price and showed them what it was listed for on cars.com, they then changed the price on cars. When I offered to purchase the vehicle for the listed price and showed them what it was listed for on cars.com, they then changed the price on cars.com. The sales representative was very nice and always responded promptly. It was not his fault the dealership did not stand behind the listed price. More
