After investigating further, when scheduling an appointment for your vehicle, the stated time is when you are to see your advisor and explain the issue(s) you may be having with your vehicle at that time. Your vehicle is then placed in line to have a tech inspect and/or repair your vehicle. Please know that we do try our best to complete your service in a timely manner, but other appointments and workloads may interfere. Your advisor called at 3:35pm and left a voicemail and unfortunately you called back after hours. Your patronage is important to us and we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you again in the future.
