Tyler was such a great help, super patient, and put no pressure on us what so ever. Wasn’t a huge fan of the process in the finance office, felt a little bait a switchy when he was pushing us HARD to buy pressure on us what so ever. Wasn’t a huge fan of the process in the finance office, felt a little bait a switchy when he was pushing us HARD to buy extended warranty coverage when we were purchasing a certified car and then he seemed annoyed when we declined. I also told him in advance we did not want our credit pulled by multiple lenders and then he pulled it with 5 different banks without asking first. Overall a good experience, the car is fantastic, just wish the finance process was different. More
