After further investigating your concerns, the battery does have to be with the vehicle in order to begin the warranty process. Both the battery and the vehicle are ran through a starting, and deep charging test to verify all systems are working. The last thing we would want to do is install a battery and inconvenience you more, if that wasn't the root cause of failure. We value you as our customer and hope that you will allow us another opportunity to serve you again in the future and gain your trust back in our company.
