This last service I was advised that I had to pay $30+, which after I asked I still had one pre paid service left. This was the first time I had to question this, disappointing that the service people didn’t check first as they have in the past. Somewhat lackluster. More

Your technicians either need to follow the checklist or get some additional coaching. There is absolutely no reason why a customer should get a vehicle back that isn’t working properly. Verify the work and make sure it’s completed, thankfully it was “merely” a wire or 2 needed plugging back in and not something more egregious leaving myself or family at risk. Greg Early was easy to work. He knew exactly what I was looking for. There were no secrets behind the curtains that I wasn't privy to.
