Process felt like it took forever. Which I wasn’t very pleased with. However, I was very pleased with the purchase made. I love the truck and Dave Angel was nice to work with. This last service I was advised that I had to pay $30+, which after I asked I still had one pre paid service left. Your technicians either need to follow the checklist or get some additional coaching. There is absolutely no reason why a customer should get a vehicle back that isn’t working properly.
