Although I didn't purchase my Sebring at Yark, I have taken it to Yark for service since day one. I have been 100% satisfied with both the quality of service and customer service. The car I own is a Chrysler Sebring Touring, 2006. I bought it with less than 20,000 miles on it, and some factory warranty left. I had to take it in for repairs within 5 months of owning it, and many, many repairs more within the first year. I purchased an extended warranty based on this experience, and spent the next year and a half having the car repaired. So, I spent my first 3 years of owning this car with it in the service garage more than on the road. In all of my poor experiences with the car itself, I have always been happy with Yark Service personnel. This time Rob Lopinski was the service staff in charge of my case. He did an exceptional job - above and beyond. He was responsive to my inquiries and kept me updated on the progress of repairs. Not only that, but he was responsive to my unhapppiness with Chrysler itself, and he found a replacement part at a discounted rate - also with a lifetime warranty on the parts. Wonderful! Especially considering one of the parts had been replaced 3 times in the last 2 years alone. I am so very grateful to him for that!! He also was very considerate in the overall charges by reducing them lower than the original quote. THAT is true customer service - being sensitive to the unhappiness of a customer and then turning around and doing everything possible to help them out. Thank you Rob Lopinski!!! I will definitely request him from now on!! Now, if I could just get the same customer service from Chrysler itself - Yark could definitely teach Chrysler about customer service. Thank you! More
We were in the market for a new Town & Country. I called Rob and told him which one I wanted but that I had to work til 6p on New Years Eve but really wanted to get the van that day. Rob came and picked up my current van at my office and brought me the one I wanted so I could test drive it a little bit. By the time my husband and I got to the dealership Rob had the info worked up on my trade and prices ready for me. I was given every bit of attention as I would expect while considering the purchase of a vehicle. We were in the market for a new vehicle but were still undecided as to what we were going to purchase. Mike was very knowledgeable and showed us several vehicles and their options and worked to find us exactly what we were looking for and stay within our price range. We had some great conversations and he took a lot of time with us. He answered all of our questions and we were treated as though our satisfaction was his main priority. We were not rushed, there was no pressure, and it only mattered that we were happy with the vehicle that we were about to buy. Financing was a snap and the staff that was there that evening, were all very friendly. This was our first purcahse from Yark Automotive and it was a great experience because we had a top notch salesman. We purchased our new 2013 Wrangler from Yark in June 2013. In November the check engine light came on. It was nearly impossible to reach the service department. The phone would ring and ring and no o 2013. In November the check engine light came on. It was nearly impossible to reach the service department. The phone would ring and ring and no one would pick up. No one would return our calls. We finally were able to make an appointment. We were told the appointment would take 30 - 45 minutes. When I arrived I was told it would be hours. Yark's driver took me home. I specifically left my phone number with Robert Lopinski. Instead of calling me, he called my husband and said that the part was not in stock, if the part could be delivered, maybe my truck would be ready the next day. We were to have a loaner car if our truck was in the shop over night. He refused that option. He then called my husband again to say that this is a known problem with the Jeep, all the parts in the warehouse are no good, and he could not tell us when the truck could be fixed because Chrysler was working on fabricating a good part to replace all the defective ones made. He said that if he replaced the part with one from the warehouse that it would just go bad again. He said to just drive the truck with the check engine light on. I went back to pick up my truck. I asked Lopinski about the situation. His reply "I already told your husband, just go do the paperwork" and he walked away from me. This is my truck and I gave him my phone number and I now understand that he can't be bothered talking to me. I did go into the office and the receptionist was reading the order saying that I was informed about the call. I said I wasn't because Lopinski said he talked to my husband. She was kind enough to go over the service invoice with me. At one point during that, Lopinski stormed into the office and again said "That is not necessary, I already went over that with her husband!" I am shocked and appalled by his behavior. I was horribly embarrassed and furious! We tried to reach the general manager at Yark, left several messages, and to this day none have been returned. Chrysler suggested Charlie's Dodge. We set up an appointment. The part was replaced. We have had no further trouble. No one at Charlie's heard of what Lopinski was saying about the part being bad. They had the part in stock, I have been driving the truck for several months now and all is well. They were very polite, professional and appreciated our business. Just the exact opposite of what we experienced at Yark service. More

I have bought 3 vehicles now from this dealer. My experience recently was excellent. I made contact with the sales person and expressed my interest and my requirements ahead of time. Jerry went to work looking for the best deal he could possibly do. Which he did, based on the homework I did on the overall deal. I also had a great experience with the financial team, there was no after-sales pressure to buy additional warrantees, which I understand need to be reviewed as part of the process, there was no real pressure there. This was a good experience and I would recommend this dealership and salesperson to anybody. Good, honest people trying to do the right thing. I was also sole a Nissan, which was not a selection in the above question. Either way, I am very happy with the new vehicle. More
