Then, a drunk driver hit us head on last week, totaling the Jeep. Luckily, my children and I walked away with just bumps and bruises (Thank God for great safety features in Jeeps!!). I called Rob to start looking for a new car. He was awesome and helped me through a pretty tough time for my family. He made sure I was in exactly the vehicle we wanted and that I was treated like a member of the Yark family. This is the third vehicle I have bought from Yark, and I am sure it is not the last. More

Scott Thompson is the BEST salesperson that I have dealt with in any arena by far. He works diligently to make sure that I have the information necessary to make an informed decision. Scott doesn't use the high pressure approach that I've witnessed at other dealerships, and he actually calls/texts you back when he says he will. Mike Parks of the service department is on par with Scott. Mike takes care of my family (my wife and I both have Jeeps). Mike makes it his point to get us into the center and explains everything that "needs" to be done, and he even suggests what we might want to have done sooner or later...never that "YOU NEED TO DO THIS NOW" approach. This is the second car I purchased from her and she truly is awesome. She takes the time to hear what you want and then sets out to get exactly what you want - highly recommend working with her. I will say I had an extremely awful experience with the finance department - ruined what should have been a pleasant experience as I was preapproved for a loan, had a check and a trade-in ready to go. Should have been in and out but instead he tried to hard sell me on a warranty I did not want - ran numbers with the warranty that were 4K above my budget and wasted my time. I was and am truly disappointed by the entire encounter with him. So if you are going to purchase - even if you have been preapproved by your own bank - be ready for a hard warranty sell. More
