Terry Barnes was our salesman, he was very helpful and patient considering the horrible weather. He made sure we stayed out of the weather and thoroughly discussed the vehicle features once inside the cars. After several test drives we settled on the car we wanted and went to his desk to negotiate. Terry was very personable, so much so, he admitted to my wife and I that this was his first day on his own as a salesman. I asked if he sold a car yet and he said no, he had several customers, but no sale. I told him maybe this will be your lucky day. Terry was able to work with us and the sales manager to work out a deal and we bought a Toyota Avalon. Terry will be a great addition to your sales team. More

Long distance auto shopping worked well My wife and I knew we wanted a new Hemi Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Class IV trailer package. We went to Jeep.com and did a search based on this crite My wife and I knew we wanted a new Hemi Jeep Grand Cherokee with a Class IV trailer package. We went to Jeep.com and did a search based on this criteria starting near our central Ohio home. The first Jeep meeting our needs was found at Yark Jeep in Toledo. This was on a Sunday. I called their sales number and was connected to car sales person Steve Porter. I talked to Steve and told him our location and talked about this vehicle. Steve Porter was even mannered and no hint of any bs. I ended the phone call and looked some more on Jeep.com. I called Steve Porter back the next day and told him we wanted the Jeep we had contacted him about. We put a down payment down over the phone and in a few days drove to Yark Jeep to view and purchase our vehicle. The dealership was busy but we were offered a refreshment when we entered the building. We met Steve and was shown the Jeep. We looked it over and took a short drive before completing the purchase. I have made many new auto purchases in my 60+ years and this one experience is at the top of the list. Thanks Yark Jeep and Steve Porter for a pleasant buying experience. We love our new Jeep! More

Easist Auto Purchase Last Sunday I was surfing the internet for a truck to add to our fleet. I spotted one for sale and e-mailed them immediately. Within just a few hour Last Sunday I was surfing the internet for a truck to add to our fleet. I spotted one for sale and e-mailed them immediately. Within just a few hours I receive a reply from Mia Knicely letting me know that she was checking into it and would get back with me. (Very impressive considering it was a Sunday). Mia also placed a call to me within hours on Sunday to let me know that she would locate the truck and get back with me on Monday morning. Mia called me Monday AM, located the truck, hooked me up with Justin Sparks for financing put a hold on the truck and within 2 days I was driving it back to Michigan. I can't tell you how impressed I was from start to finish, this simply was the least stressful auto purchase that I've ever made and I'm 60 years old.
