Also, Robert Lisowski helped me with the finance portion of the purchase and he was very through with all the options available to me. The Service Department I came to Yark Service Department after many failed attempts at another local dealership to fix my A/C and heater issues with my 2005 Dodge Ram.. I w I came to Yark Service Department after many failed attempts at another local dealership to fix my A/C and heater issues with my 2005 Dodge Ram.. I was greeted by Josh Boileau from the Yark Service Department who is a Service Advisor.. from the beginning he made me feel welcome there and assured me they would take care of the issues i was having with my truck.. and he did. Josh kept in touch with me to keep me informed of the progress and i never had to worry about anything.. they fixed my A/C and heater and i am so thankful.. Since then, i have returned to Yark Service and requested Josh Boileau as my Service Advisor.. i have had all of my issues resolved with my Dodge Ram and i am so happy to say it is running like a brand new truck.. I wish everyone could experience the excellent service i have received from the Yark Service Department.. they truly make you feel like you matter.. As I told KC what I was looking for and price range he walked me to what was available and the options on each vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicles made it easy to choose what was needed for our family, unfortunately the vehicle we would of liked wasn't on the lot. KC went back to the inventory list and found out there was one we were looking for and the exact color also but it was being used for a showing at one of the Costco's in town. He called me back the next morning and said it was now back on the lot if I wanted to come see it. When I arrived later that day KC greeted me at the door and showed me the vehicle. He has already had it cleaned for a test drive. He showed nothing but professionalism and great character for our family. More

Recently, when our weather went from 20 to 70 I choose the 70 degree day to get my oil I've always had wonder experiences with Yark sales and service. Recently, when our weather went from 20 to 70 I choose the 70 degree day to get my oil changed. Apparently this was a great idea, as the lines at Yark were very long. When it was finally my turn and I drove up to the bay, I was greated by, not an employee who could wait for the last 15 minutes of his day to be over, but by a wonderful smile asking how can I help you this afternoon. I responded, I need an oil change please and the response was ... My pleasure!! Wow ... On what was clearly one of the busiest days for him, he treated my like I was the first customer of the day! Please know how important that wonderful customer service is ... And never change!! Thanks for making my day!! ??????. ??Yark! More
