He even made the effort to drive me to an outside lot to view a vehicle that I eventually bought. During my second visit with Kevin, I discussed which vehicle and financing that I wanted and we successfully negotiated a reasonable, discounted price. Kevin is a good listener and communicator, has a easy going sales approach (not Hard Sell), and wants to satisfy a customer needs without a doubt. Best car buying experience I have had yet!!! I went in to see what options we would have in getting out of our current lease which had only about 7 months left on it. Dave Duncan was great sat d I went in to see what options we would have in getting out of our current lease which had only about 7 months left on it. Dave Duncan was great sat down gave us exactly what we went there to see put us on a test drive. We came back went over some numbers and found out it just wasn't in our budget left they day happy we took a look at the options we had. I got a call two days later from Dave letting us know they were able to rework the number with a different financial institution and we got our sweet Durango for exactly the price we wanted it to be. I have purchased many Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler vehicles as I am a retired Wood Model Maker from Chrysler in Auburn Hills, Mi. I always loved shopping for vehicles and sometimes (as my wife would attest to) purchased vehicles that after a month or two, didn't want.....bad judgement on my part. So here I was, with two vehicles and my dear wife just got the OK to work from home. She is a mortgage underwriter. So now, we really don't need two vehicles. I went to 3 Chrysler Dealerships and they told me I could not trade in my leases early and therefore had to keep both vehicles. I don't know how exactly I called Yark. I was just looking up dealerships close to our home in Flat Rock, Mi. 48134. I contacted Miguel Perez.....and I'm sure glad I did....what a professional! He first spoke on the the phone and said he would do whatever was necessary to earn my business....and by the way, you have that for life! Miguel found a brand new Ram 1500 Big Horn and I was able to trade in both of our Chrysler vehicles and get out of the leases on both. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to allow your people to cut through the red tape and really take care of their customers! I will tell everyone about the great experience I had today 7/21/16.
