I have purchased many Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler vehicles as I am a retired Wood Model Maker from Chrysler in Auburn Hills, Mi. I always loved shopping for vehicles and sometimes (as my wife would attest to) purchased vehicles that after a month or two, didn't want.....bad judgement on my part. So here I was, with two vehicles and my dear wife just got the OK to work from home. She is a mortgage underwriter. So now, we really don't need two vehicles. I went to 3 Chrysler Dealerships and they told me I could not trade in my leases early and therefore had to keep both vehicles. I don't know how exactly I called Yark. I was just looking up dealerships close to our home in Flat Rock, Mi. 48134. I contacted Miguel Perez.....and I'm sure glad I did....what a professional! He first spoke on the the phone and said he would do whatever was necessary to earn my business....and by the way, you have that for life! Miguel found a brand new Ram 1500 Big Horn and I was able to trade in both of our Chrysler vehicles and get out of the leases on both. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to allow your people to cut through the red tape and really take care of their customers! I will tell everyone about the great experience I had today 7/21/16. Would have been very satisfied had bumper been fixed Bought a Certified 2014 dodge ram in April 2016 and had a good experience with KC Stengle through the buying process. We brought to his attention a sc Bought a Certified 2014 dodge ram in April 2016 and had a good experience with KC Stengle through the buying process. We brought to his attention a scratch in the tailgate along with the dent in the front bumper. He said they'd take care of it so we brought it home and scheduled an appt. A week later it starts getting a bad screeching sound. After further inspection to the front bumper the little dent actually pushed the whole right side of the bumper up to where it is actually rubbing the truck and rubbing the chrome off the bumper which is now starting to rust. So I scheduled the appt and took it up there last week Monday 5/9 and let them know both issues (tailgate and bumper). KC informed me the would only have it 2-3 days. Well I get a call Saturday saying it should be Monday due to having to put new ball joints on and now Monday I call and they say they had to order parts that should be in tomorrow, Tuesday 5/17. I asked if they got the bumper fixed and he said that they told him the bumper was pushed up and rusting due to the dent in the front of the bumper. So I'm not to happy that I've been without my truck for a week and the front bumper isn't going to get fixed and will continue to rust when it's a certified truck. So much for peace of mind I guess... I went to pick my truck up yesterday after them having it for a week and a half and they had a piece of ELECTRICAL TAPE covering the rust on the right front of the bumper. More
