In 2013 we drove from Downriver Mi and bought our Dodge Journey.Love it.So this pass week after calling for days and not getting through to sales, my In 2013 we drove from Downriver Mi and bought our Dodge Journey.Love it.So this pass week after calling for days and not getting through to sales, my husband finally got a cust service girl, she gave him a personal # for Alex Lyell.He called him, he was on lunch,said he would call him back,he did,my husband told him what 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan SE he wanted,it said they had it on the lot,Alex and my husband made all financial arraignments ,we brought a cashier's check, and the small remaining balance to be financed.Come to find out Alex didn't even work for the Dodge part of the co, he was a Nissan, knew nothing about this van.It had no console, we said we needed one, he was getting one from back, we would have to come back, he would he meet us 1/2 way, the u-connect wouldn't work, he came out with a screw-gun, tried a few things, said he would have to call us, he didn't know how to work it,but he had to leave it was late!So as of today1 1/2 weeks later, no one will call us back, answer our texts, he replied once saying he was in training all day he couldn't help. We called supervisors,nothing, I guess our next vehicles will be bought in Mich, where they appreciate the paying customer. More

Too much personal information This seasoned employee 20+ years said little about the vehicle He gave more info on who he knows and things he owns. He kept repeating how this was s This seasoned employee 20+ years said little about the vehicle He gave more info on who he knows and things he owns. He kept repeating how this was such a good buy. When it came to the interior cabin nothing was said about the electronics or how to operate them. He didn't even know how to shut the tailgate until I discovered the button to close it. He was told by his manager here's no negotiation on price because I would not test drive the vehicle. Yes I would of test driven it if I knew we were in the same price range. This was a certified, clean used car. More
