Big waste of time I drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle only to have it sold out from under us while we were filling out our credit app. A more senior salesperson can b I drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle only to have it sold out from under us while we were filling out our credit app. A more senior salesperson can bypass their protocols to serve their client over another sales person. Waited 2 and a half hours for the other woman to "make her decision" or wait for her credit to approve before telling us it was sold and letting a potential sale walk away. Not once did a manager come talk to us. Clearly they are more worried about sales volume than their customers. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go here. Don't go here! But if you do ask for Ramon Ortiz he was very kind and did his best in a terrible situation to try and make us happy he was running around trying to figure out how this happened. Another couple was there that day in the same thing happened to them. They brag about how many cars they sell a mouth but not their customer service. Do your research many people have had many issues with this dealership save yourself some time to go somewhere else More
