He took our daughter to get candy and juice boxes, supplied us with an awesome lunch of chick fil a, Gave our 4 year old his business card with free pizza on the back just for her (his cousin owns the Little Caesars in our town), and just made them (and myself included) feel at home and like family. My old car I was trading in had a detachable SiriusXM unit that couldn't be removed by anyone at Yark so he called Car Stereo One and had them do it for us (paid by Yark). Class act all around. I've already handed it out his card to friends and family. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Completely Unprofessional and rude. Had been explaining my situation to dan and he scoffed and sighed at me, then told me inaccurate information, told me he would call me back and never did. asked for my social security when i wasnt even doing an application. ended up talking to tyler rayford and we couldnt make a deal so he ran my credit like a xxxxx. had to call the credit department and get it removed. i did not authorize a hard check on my credit and when i asked if he had he told me no i would have to come in for them to run it. these people dont know to run a business and talk to you like trash unless you buy something from them, Cut you off when you are speaking and scoff at you when you try to ask questions. I HATE this place and you should AVOID at all times!!!!! they run peoples credit out of spite when you dont want to do business and ruin your credit by doing it more than once!!! BEWARE!! BBB will be looking into your illegal credit checks. i hope you go out of business one day. More

felt unimportant I scheduled service a week in advance for my 2017 ram rebel to get an oil change tire rotation and to have the air ride looked at as it is throwing a I scheduled service a week in advance for my 2017 ram rebel to get an oil change tire rotation and to have the air ride looked at as it is throwing a code and the trans feels like it is slipping when cold i drop it off on Wednesday on Friday i pick my truck up so i have transportation over the week end on Monday i call at eight in the morning and leave a message with service scheduling voice mail at ten i call and leave a second message at noon i call and asked to speak with the service manager and get his voice mail leaving a third message at about two thirty i call once more and asked if i could speak to the general manager and once again i get a voice mail box leaving yet another message and as of eleven o clock the following day i have not heard from anyone at the dealership to let me know when some one might have time to look into my problems and do a simple service More

Factory Recall Got a recall notice for our car, and called Yark at the instruction of the manufacturer. Yark said they did not have the parts on hand but will call to make an appointment once the parts came in. A few days later, got the call to come in on September 1 at 8am. Got there early and watched Angela go through diagnostics on the car, then was led to the waiting room. 40 minutes later, I am informed that nobody ever ordered the parts and that they will have to be ordered. Asked Angela if I could speak with a manager and she said that the manager will tell me the same thing. Still no resolution, other than being asked by email to provide a review. Well, here it is. You have earned it. More
