My issue was not resolved on a brand new Jeep! They basically wiped their hands of the situation to make my car right. I was told to take it to Belle tire by Yark. We bought a 2015 Ford Fusion at Yark and worked with Mel Knapich. After the vehicle we paid for we walk out to get the vehicle and Mel handed us one key fob. When he was asked about the second key fob he st Knapich. After the vehicle we paid for we walk out to get the vehicle and Mel handed us one key fob. When he was asked about the second key fob he stated that the car came with only one key fob. Later we learned that there was no owners manual. My son call and was told that the car didn't come with one. I called on 01/22/2021 and talked to some one about the issue. He stated that the vehicle was sold as is which I told him that I understand. However, as a curtesy we should have been told that there was only one key fob and no owners manual and the finial price adjusted. I was told that I would be contacted about the issue and as of 01/28/2021 I heard from no one. As a result of how we were treated we will never purchase another vehicle from Yark at any of the dealerships and will be sure to tell all how we were treated. Please add this one star next to the five stars that you show I am sure that the dealership has a lot of one star reviews based on how we were treated.
