Horrible experience. . Wired $40k plus for a 2020 certified pre owned Ram with 20k miles. A week later, my daughter and I drove 4 hours to pick the truck up, only to find . Wired $40k plus for a 2020 certified pre owned Ram with 20k miles. A week later, my daughter and I drove 4 hours to pick the truck up, only to find that it was totally misrepresented. The truck received 1000 miles after certification and had obviously been used as a personal vehicle.. Had alot scratches, dents and dings that were not present in the pictures, plus it was absolutely filthy inside and out with goo in the console, seat stains and loose dirt everywhere. The bed still had dirt in it as well. The truck was not the same condition as it was on picture day. Naturally there was long conversations with the sales rep and the sales manager. The manager does that thing where they try to make you feel that they're not in the wrong and you're getting a great deal and then offer you an additional 300 bucks off. The truck was not to Chrysler standards.. Be sure to read the 125 point inspection prior to buying any cpo vehicle. Body damage and minor scratches are part of the inspection.. Plus you can't cpo and then use it personally for 1000 miles. Yark sales and management is no different than any other shady dealer. BTW, I did text in advance, letting them know what I expected with this cpo, since it received additional mileage. I expected cpo quality. Didn't even get a reply to that one. Once I found issues, they claimed that body panels and minor scratches are not part of the CPO process... Thats why I say be sure to read chryslers checklist.. It's there in black and white. One of the worst experiences ever! Had issues with a BRAND new car before I even took it off the lot. There were issues with the paint. I have had them take the car back twice since the first time they didn’t even do anything. The second time they clean some spots but you can clearly see the rest. It’s been such a huge inconvenience. There solution to the situation was to just deal with it. They say they provide great service but that is clearly not the case. I would NEVER buy a car from them! More
