I needed an oil change which was done by Yark. All was well. I had other issues such as my tire alert went off and that was checked out also and adjusted. The last two items had not happened when I had made an appointment but was expertly handled at time of oil change. All people including Collin went well beyond what was expected. Took the car in to get an oil change, and now have an oil leak from a loose oil filter. Took it back in to have it fixed and we got the car back and it still leaks and now has two new scratches in the perfec leak from a loose oil filter. Took it back in to have it fixed and we got the car back and it still leaks and now has two new scratches in the perfect paint. Now we have to take it back again to get the second oil leak fixed and the body shop never contacted us to schedule the repair to the paint. Total disappointment. More

Horrible experience. . Wired $40k plus for a 2020 certified pre owned Ram with 20k miles. A week later, my daughter and I drove 4 hours to pick the truck up, only to find . Wired $40k plus for a 2020 certified pre owned Ram with 20k miles. A week later, my daughter and I drove 4 hours to pick the truck up, only to find that it was totally misrepresented. The truck received 1000 miles after certification and had obviously been used as a personal vehicle.. Had alot scratches, dents and dings that were not present in the pictures, plus it was absolutely filthy inside and out with goo in the console, seat stains and loose dirt everywhere. The bed still had dirt in it as well. The truck was not the same condition as it was on picture day. Naturally there was long conversations with the sales rep and the sales manager. The manager does that thing where they try to make you feel that they're not in the wrong and you're getting a great deal and then offer you an additional 300 bucks off. The truck was not to Chrysler standards.. Be sure to read the 125 point inspection prior to buying any cpo vehicle. Body damage and minor scratches are part of the inspection.. Plus you can't cpo and then use it personally for 1000 miles. Yark sales and management is no different than any other shady dealer. BTW, I did text in advance, letting them know what I expected with this cpo, since it received additional mileage. I expected cpo quality. Didn't even get a reply to that one. Once I found issues, they claimed that body panels and minor scratches are not part of the CPO process... Thats why I say be sure to read chryslers checklist.. It's there in black and white.
