My old BMW died in Columbus, so I had to take the Greyhound to Toledo to pick up my new car after I bought it. The salesperson I worked with (Dallas Kaiser) went out of his way to pick me up at the Greyhound station and get me to the dealership before it even opened to pick up my vehicle. I'm glad that Yark is the dealership that had the car I was looking for and that I had an opportunity to deal with them. It was a great experience. More

Literally within a few hours (if that), Josh had me at the payment I needed to be at! I was able to get into a brand new vehicle with time and money saved. I said to Josh, "Is it always this easy?" as if I was truly waiting for a bump in the road. I told him that I would rather go to the dentist than shop for a car. Recent buyer I went into the dealership "pre-approved" through my credit union and purchased a car and signed ALL paperwork to get my loan through my credit union. I went into the dealership "pre-approved" through my credit union and purchased a car and signed ALL paperwork to get my loan through my credit union. Then I found out that after I left with my car they chose to submit my credit information to several different lenders without my permission. That practice is VERY unacceptable to me especially after telling the finance guy that I did NOT want my credit information sent all over the internet. I would NOT recommend ANY YARK dealership to anyone. More

Great salesman but problems with dealership Dallas Kaiser was very good to work with.
