Since writing this review - the Manager contacted me directly, and we have worked together to get the car in for a deeper look. After getting in, the service team identified a cracked engine block dumping coolant into the engine. Brandon was prompt in keeping me updated with each step, and even though I don't yet have the car back after 2 weeks - I am confident they have gotten to the bottom of my issue. Thank you to the team here, and thank you to Brandon for being helpful in making this situation right.
