Frankly I'm very frustrated with the Service team. 1) Frankly I'm very frustrated with the Service team. 1) During a routine oil change, they found the water pump needed replaced. 2) After driving for Frankly I'm very frustrated with the Service team. 1) During a routine oil change, they found the water pump needed replaced. 2) After driving for a short while, hoses came loose and coolant sprayed all over, and before I could even make it home from Maumee, the car overheated and I had to park it. Brought it back to Yark and they 'fixed it' 3) the car has smelled like a junket since I received it back the 2nd time. It runs rough when starting and the coolant drained out again all over my garage floor so I brought it back in. 4) I just got the car back last week, because Yark couldn't find out what was wrong with it. Even today, The car smells like burning coolant, starts rough and spews white exhaust when I start it. I'll even send a video of the error message I got this morning and two other times since I got it back. This is after the team at Yark said they couldn't find anything wrong with the car. I feel stuck because I don't want to be without a car, but I also don't feel confident the Yark team will help if I brought it back. More
Yark was God sent! We were on our way home to Texas, from Detroit, Michigan and had problems with the transmission.They fixed the problem.
