We would still do a diagnosis of your vehicle to make sure that is what's actually wrong with it. We simply can not replace a part and have it be the wrong the part. In the end, that would cost you more had it not been the right part. If you would like a copy of your repair order with an itemized list of what was repaired and how you were charged, you may contact our service department. Our goal in the end is to make sure your vehicle is repaired correctly and that you drive away happy. Again, we apologize that you feel your experience was less than satisfactory and hope that you will allow us another opportunity to serve you again in the future.
