We tried to give John the benefit of the doubt after the last transaction he was very Dishonest, and we removed the review from it. That was a big mistake. The first time he lied about the Warranty and extra stuff he claimed we needed then wouldn't give us a copy of the warranty information when we asked for it until we put the review out. We went there to get another vehicle and he was dishonest from the get-go. We gave him permission to run our credit one time and he ran it 9 times. He lied about the downpayment and changed it multiple times even for a vehicle that was less than the original one and with the same trade in value. It started as $3000 down then went to $12000 when the vehicle was $10000 cheaper than the first one. He wouldn't give us the interest rate. And then when we called him and told him that doesn't sound right about the down payments cause the cheaper the car the downpayment wouldn't go up then he wouldn't return our calls or answer when we called. We learned our lesson. Won't give them a third chance to lie and stuff on us. If you are ever looking for a vehicle, then I would go elsewhere because they will lie and don't tell the truth if their life depended on it. There are other dealers around that are more than willing to be honest and take care of the customers. We went to another dealership, and they took care of us, and we got what we needed. More

Friday August 11, 2023 the service dept. changed oil and rotated tires. Everything seemed fine until two days later I found a lug nut laying in my driveway. A couple of years ago I was looking to purchase a new Blazer RS; I started looking locally without any luck. I had drove by another dealership not finding what I wanted. Now I was looking for a good used vehicle, so I started looking on the internet at the various options and decided to call Blaine since I had a positive experience before. I had picked out a vehicle off the website, setup an appointment with Blaine to test drive it. After the test drive, I voiced some concerns regarding the vehicle but took the vehicle. I drove it for a day or 2 and the concerns I had got worse. I took it back and Blaine and the dealership made it right. I picked out another similar vehicle to test drive. It had a minor issue that the dealership agreed to fix.
