For being my first time buying a car from a dealership this was a great experience. Things did got a little rocky but Firas kept it professional and was a lot of help. The Austintown Location was absolutely great. The staff were friendly, the place was very big and clean. My Salesperson Rick Erwin was also Awesome and very professional who answered all my questions and p were friendly, the place was very big and clean.
